Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchases

BSL Alliance, Charity, Private Sector Tickets

  • BSL Alliance, Charity Organisations, and Private Sector Attendees: If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of a BSL Alliance, charity organisation, or private sector company, you must purchase tickets specifically designated for BSL Alliance, Charity, or Private Sector attendees.
  • Restrictions on Member Tickets: Individuals from these organisations are not eligible to purchase Member tickets for themselves, even if they are personally a member of the organisation. You must select the appropriate ticket type based on your organisation’s affiliation.

Ticket Categories

  • Member Tickets: Available only to those who have an active membership prior to January 2025.
  • Non-Member Tickets: Available to all attendees who are not eligible for Member tickets.
  • BSL Alliance, Charity, Private Sector Tickets: Available to individuals representing their respective organisations. Tickets in these categories are not interchangeable with Member tickets.

Refund Policy

  • Please refer to the Refund Policy (below) for detailed information regarding cancellation requests and eligibility for refunds based on ticket type.

Ticket Transfer

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organisers have been notified in advance and approve the transfer. If you wish to transfer a ticket to someone else, please contact the event organisers for approval.

Event Access

  • You must present your valid ticket upon entry to the event. Unauthorised ticket use or purchase may result in denial of entry.

Modification of Terms

  • The event organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, in which case updates will be communicated to all ticket holders.

Event Cancellation

  • In the case of event cancellation by the organisers, a full refund will be issued for all ticket types. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Refund Policy

Regular Tickets

  • Refund Period: Full refund for cancellations requested up to 30 days before the event.
  • Non-refundable after 30 days: After this period, no refunds will be issued, as Regular tickets are sold at the standard price.
  • Refund Amount: If requested within 30 days of the event, attendees will receive a full refund.

General Refund Conditions

  • Processing Fees: Refunds will be issued minus any event processing fees (e.g., payment processing or handling fees), which are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
  • Force Majeure: In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions), full refunds will be issued regardless of ticket type.
